Lense & Lumen Advisory Group is co-owned by 5 independent European Executive Search & HR Consultancy firms that have decided to join their talents and expertise in order to create a new international organization.
Our five firms have been working together for many years, leading searches for C- level positions and accompanying companies in their international expansion.
We have decided to reinforce this cooperation by pooling our means and processes, and by sharing experience, know-how and best practices to provide high-level services to our clients. Currently active in Denmark, Finland, France, Germany and Switzerland, Lense & Lumen Advisory Group is a network that is already made up of a hundred professionals; our goal is to expand over the next few months to enlarge our international coverage.
Through its 5 founding companies that remain independent, Lense & Lumen Advisory Group will provide seamless Executive Search and HR & Leadership Consulting services.
We will lead this project in a strong professional and ambitious spirit!

Maija Talvinen-Strengell 
Managing Director & Founder of Wilma Consulting
Twenty years of experience as a business management consultant has provided Maija a lot of experience and perspectives of the requirements of various business operations and executive management, and concrete methods to develop them. This experience is primarily beneficial to the customers. Before establishing Wilma, Maija has worked in the industry as a partner, senior consultant and as the executive member of two global recruitment industry companies. Maija has diverse experience in managing hundreds of demanding recruitments and audit projects in Finland and internationally.
Jean-Michel Fürst 
Founder & Managing Director of De Bord International
Jean-Michel Fürst is founding Partner and Leadership Advisory consultant of DE BORD INTERNATIONAL in Zurich. As Global Area Manager and Executive recruitment specialist, he is responsible for the investment, consumer and luxury goods sector.
After completing his Bachelor Degree of Business Administration in Zurich and London, he founded 1998 De Bord International Ltd.. Jean-Michel Fürst has been recruiting qualified managers and experts for almost 25 years and has gained knowledge and experience with passion and dedication.
Karl Kristian Hansen 
Managing Director & Co-Owner of Hansen Toft
Karl Kristian Hansen co-founded Hansen Toft A/S in 2001. Karl Kristian has worked as management consultant since 1993 with focus on Executive Search & Selection.
Karl Kristian is experienced in developing strategies, performance analysis and performance development together with coaching and personal sparring of managing directors in relation to the development of their business.
He is MSc. Econ. in strategy and management and certified in many different types of personality tests.
Heinrich Schaible 
Managing Director of Dr. Maier + Partner GmbH
With more than 15 years of experience in executive search, Heinrich Schaible has expert knowledge in the allocation of international and domestic executive positions for companies in the producing sector. Following his engineering management studies at the University of Karlsruhe, Heinrich Schaible held various positions within a US aviation group and gathered extensive experience in the management of a start-up company. He has been working as a personnel consultant for Dr. Maier + Partner since 2001 and became managing partner in 2010. Heinrich Schaible has comprehensive knowledge as a consultant in the automotive, technology, engineering and aerospace industries.
Jean-Pierre Scandella 
Founder & Managing Director of ARROWMAN Executive Search
Jean-Pierre SCANDELLA heads the firm’s Technology Practice and is an expert in Mid-caps and Family Owned Companies.
Prior to this, he held management positions within major Anglo-American and French firms.
He graduated from the Institute of Political Studies in Bordeaux (with a major in Economics and Finance) and he began his career as an Engineering Consultant for Sage, a management software publisher, before joining a financial software firm as a Contract Engineer.
He is also a founding member of the SYNNOV (Professional Association of Technological Innovation) and a private member of the Business Angels Association.
