Wilma Consulting Oy is an entrepreneur-run executive management consulting company. We focus on strategic personnel solutions. We strongly believe that the main drivers of organisations are people, which is the most complex, but also the most interesting subarea of business. We provide clarity and predictability to this area of business that is often the most difficult to manage.
Wilma Consulting’s share ownership in L&L provides a channel to develop our operating methods and services, as well as help our customers in an even higher quality manner in the challenges of globalisation. We are one of the founding shareholders in L&L.
We want to develop as a company and as consultants. We regularly measure the quality of our processes, the success of recruitments and the satisfaction of our customers and candidates in the completion of projects. According to research, 95% of those who participated in our projects, would recommend us.

Our aim is to only work with a few customers at a time, so we are able to understand our customers’ business operations comprehensively. We are flexible and our processes can be tailored to suit the customer, not just us.
In the Company Audit, we provide a comprehensive view of the implementation readiness of the company’s strategy.
Executive search is one of the key parts of our business operations. The power of executive search for finding better resources is undisputed. The starting point of our projects is a wide business and business culture-oriented industry research, by utilising the most effective information search methods of today, and the focus is on people, who clearly bring added expertise to our customer’s business operations. Our own research team operates seamlessly with our consultants and contributes in supporting our professional development.
In our multi-channel recruitment, before starting the process, we map the desired profile and personality, with our customer’s business operations and strategy, as well as any resulting requirements, strongly as the starting point. If necessary, we can interview e.g. our customer’s clients or other cooperation partners. For us, it is most important that we find a suitable solution for our customer, and we will continue the search by changing to different recruitment methods, until we have reached the desired result. Utilising digitalism and channels provided by the internet is normal for us nowadays. On a case-by-case basis, we utilise targeted marketing (CAN) and social media.
Assessment can be a part of recruitment projects or an internal organisation change. We assess the key person’s capability, motivation and action style in terms of the assignment and business objectives. The test methods we use in the assessments are internationally known and recognised, and all our consultants are certified to use the methods. As part of the personal assessment, we interview several managers and colleagues, who know the person well, and if necessary, we shall prepare a separate written summary for this.
